SAP ARIBA
(2020)
Solvay decided to use a new tool SAP to manage invoices with its suppliers .
In order to help them in this transition, they created a "platform"with all the principal informations to start using the application.

I helped the project team to build the website pages thanks to supplier' interviews, card sorting workshop, prototype and user tests.

Sketching
Project team already had the content (files, videos...) so we've done a card sorting workshop to create categories and distribute contents:
-
already on SAP
-
how to create an account
-
track your invoice
-
Help - Ressources

Mockup

From the welcome page, supplier has to describe his business domain and location area. At this time of the project SAP application was not deployed everywhere so he could be eligible or not to use it.

-
Requirement is about to create an account
-
SAP at Solvay here describes the process to create a purchase order.
There is a steps flow with the whole process*, then accordions contains videos and files.
*We put first video in the user tests, but they prefered to keep the flow and hide the video.

-
FAQ contains help and ressources like inquiry form, accordions with videos and pdf documents...
-
Track your invoice explains step by step how to follow-up the order and invoice management depends on your case with screen captures, and accordions with video and pdf file also.
