LEADERS'APP

Corporate HR wanted to engage managers and leaders in a disruptive and immersive way in order to deploy the behavior and create a digital leader journey.
They had in mind something with tests, quizz, gamification, and already drew some screens to describe the main ideas they had. After a debrief on this project, they decided to directly invite managers and ideate with them. We organized different workshop - activities in order to imagine this application all together.
Sketching
During the workshop, we did a crazy eight exercise for the end user to share ideas, what they had in mind about a learning app.

The objective was to illustrate the concept of the application and its navigation through the different pages of the menu and the "challenge option" activated.
